Ampegy Review

So today I was doing my daily research on what MLM company I was going to write about and I found a pretty interesting one called Ampegy.

Ampegy reps can make a great income from the deregulation of electricity and gas. Right now Ampegy operates in 7 different states. They are an affiliate of Sparks Energy.

As an Ampegy rep, you can build up a nice residual income by signing up customers in your area on Electricity and gas service. On top of that you may build a team of reps and get paid on a percentage that they bring in as well!

Why I Like Ampegy for MLM

One thing that I strongly consider in an MLM is if their product is something that a consumer has to be forced to like. If it does change consumer behavior then it better have some sort of unique selling proposition in order to help them convert where their money is going. What I really like about this company is that you don;t have to change consumer behavior because everyone is already using electricity. (unless they live in a cave).

Every single month I pay my Gas & Electric bill. Every month YOU pony up for your Gas & electric bill without as much as a second thought. Some people may pay their energy bill before they pay their mortgage or rent!

After all, who wants to be without hot water and lights? Why not get with Ampegy and get paid on these habits?

What I really like about Ampegy is that the expectation for residual income is huge! Think about how high your energy bill is. You are not selling vitamins and super juice for $45. We are talking about $100+ monthly bills here!

Some Ampegy Drawbacks?

The main problem I see with Ampegy is that fact that they are only in 9 states currently. This could really hold back the exponential growth that most MLM’s need to get to momentum. Especially when you are trying to market online. If you build your Ampegy business online like I do then you would have to qualify leads to make sure that they are in a Sparks Energy service area before you could even sign them up in Ampegy.

As a matter of fact even though I am in California when I typed my zip code in the service availability box it said that service was not available in San Diego. Oh well… This could definitely frustrate current reps trying to expand as well as future reps.

Is there money to be made in Ampegy?

Personally I believe that you can make money in any MLM regardless of the product or compensation plan.. Obviously some companies have better payouts and better products but you are not selling XYZ product. In MLM you are selling the opportunity to make a life changing business decision. The outcome of you venture really depends on your mindset and how hard you are going to work.

How many people will tell you no everyday? Will you let it bother you? Keep on plugging away and if you have enough people in your lead pipeline then you will be successful in Ampegy!
